THE BUSINESS:
The port of Chancay makes it possible to ship merchandise by land to countries like Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, Brazil, etc., at very reasonable times and prices. Merchandise shipped by sea from the US takes a minimum of 20 to 30 days, and from China, 45 to 60 days. Now that mining, especially silver and gold mining, has been reactivated, small miners need fast-delivery equipment. National and international companies are working on infrastructure to meet this demand in two ways: maintaining stock and assembling locally allows for cost reductions of up to 40%. We work with companies, primarily from China, that offer technology and material resources, including CKD kits (disassembled machinery and vehicles for local assembly).
